The three C’s of Success; communication, coordination and cooperation
Human life is constantly moving forward. Some people moving slowly while some speedily. There are many ups and downs in this journey of human life. Even so, we have to continue on this journey of the life. In order to make our life more pleasant and enjoyable, we have to constantly communicate, coordinate and cooperate. In this article, we will discuss how to have such communication, coordination and cooperation and how to make progress through it.
From the moment we are born to the time we die, our life journey is moving like a stream. In this journey, your family, your friends, your relatives and the society in which you are working for the sake of work and business are directly and indirectly influencing you in many ways. It is important to note that such an influence is either emotional or professional. Those who understand the meaning of these influences are able to make a further progress. Therefore, we have to navigate our life journey by communicating, coordinating and cooperating with the various direct and indirect factors and elements around us.
Communication is an act of sharing or exchanging information, ideas or feelings. However, in today’s fast paced and social media age, such communication is declined. Despite virtual communication has grown; it is now slowly proving that it is not useful in creating anything in real form. While virtual communication may seem like a temporary boost, it doesn’t seem to be making a lasting difference. Overall, this virtual interaction does not seem to be gaining much ground in our progress.
The overall lack of direct communication seems to have led to misunderstandings and miscommunication. Also, communication is the key factor for the beginning of any work, since there is no communication; various tasks are not seen moving forward. It is necessary to consciously increase the direct interaction between the people and it will be necessary to find a way to work efficiently.
Coordination is the organization skill of different things or people so that they can produce suitable result. Coordinating is the process of getting the desired results from the various elements around you. However, as we do not acquire such coordination skills over time, we face many obstacles and do not achieve the desired results. Therefore, every action of yours should be inclined towards coordination. Some may even think that coordination is just a compromise. But that is not the case, coordination is the general union achieved at the right place, at the right time, in the right way and with the right person.
When you start your general routine, you should start the day through communicating and coordinating with your spouse, parents and children. Note that the first step to coordination is communication and then action. There is a rush to take action, so without proper communication; the expected results are not achieved. It has to be said that coordination has decreased due to lack of communication in the family. If we have conscious communication with your family members after dinner and breakfast lot can be achieved from that.
Cooperation is about coming together, helping each other to achieve a specific goal or objective. It is an act or instance of working or acting together for a common purpose or benefit. But we see that the tendency to come together and help each other has diminished in all of us. As many things happen through these interactive social media and information technology, it is becoming rare for people to come together. As a result, various tasks are not gaining momentum and an atmosphere of disappointment and depression has been created everywhere.
As the person becomes self-centered and egoistic, the tasks that used to be done through mutual cooperation seem to be reduced. Let’s help each other, just hold on! This promise seems to be disappearing. We are seeing that the progress of human beings as a whole has been hampered by the disappearance of cooperation among each others. We see co-operation being replaced by ‘give and take’ or ‘take and give’ policy. As each person competes with the other, there is an intense concentration of wealth and resources at single point. This is definitely not good for social mobilization and development.
Therefore, if we want to build a progressive and comprehensive society that is inclusive and developed, it will be necessary and essential to bring about positive communication, proper coordination and mutual cooperation. With that in mind, let’s increase our communication, try to coordinate everywhere and establish a moment of mutual cooperation.
All this we started to achieve so that our life would be more simple, easy, straightforward, comfortable and happy. Life is precious, let’s make it more beautiful!
