𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠
Everyone says and suggest us to think and stay positive. However nobody tells us how to work on it. No one gives idea to us how to divert mind, brain and energy towards positive directions. Someone says that “𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞”.So we here are going to learn some ideas and tricks to develop positive thinking in our daily routines especially in lockdown situation.
𝟏. 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧.
We have produces energy through process of metabolisms. That energy we have used for the functioning of our external and internal organs. Our brain used 30 percent of our energy. We always fail to divert and deliver the energy from our body toward our brain. Ultimately brain become dull and pushes into negativity in any unaccepted situation or unfavorable situation. Therefore with help of daily exercises you can able to divert the energy from body to brain. You need to do 30 to 45 minutes of exercise daily.
𝟐. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝
Your brain is a superpower; however we always fail to interconnect the brain with mind. Once your brain starts fighting and racing with the mind then the negative thoughts and emotions come out. Therefore you need to put your brain and mind on the same direction. Use some techniques like Deep Breathing,Pranayam and Meditation to find out the direction.
𝟑. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥
Soul is an invisible power that exists in your body. Your mind is a collection and storage of emotions and experiences. It will show in many ways. When you connect and balance your soul with your mind you experienced wellness and happiness. Soul is like colorless, odorless and shapeless invisible thing that is existed in your body. You ask some questions to your soul like
Who I am ? What is my role? Whether am I performing my role? Am I doing something for My community, society and for Nation?
𝟒. 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
People always fail to connect past with future in a positive way. Most of time they stuck upon in the past and never tries to look into bright future. Close the eyes and try to look into your past and try to recognize your good things that ever you achieved and you feel proud on it, i.e. Your awards , Your achievements . Then try connecting to these things with present and future. It will give you extra courage and Energy.
𝟓. 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞
To cultivate the positive thoughts in your mind you need to sit down on ground with Padmasan Or Vajrasan . Then you slowly try to cultivate the positive thoughts in your mind. You must cultivate the thoughts that make you feel good and comfortable. Once you have cultivated the thoughts allow it to grow slowly in your mind and slowly pass it into your brain and try to conserve it, i.e with sincere efforts and hard work. I will do better that help to me, may family and my nation.
𝟔. 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞
Once you start to get the feeling of Positivity, try to evolve it and check it with connecting the facts with present situation. Once you understand the facts and reality of the situation you should try to resolve it.
𝟕. 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞
Once you evolve the things and start trying to resolve the situational problem you start to thinking on Black-Gray-White Sides. We always try to stay either in black or in white side however there is grey area also. Try to find out the grey area. It will help you to take some breath.
𝟖. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞
Communication and sharing are the inherited ability of any human being. Being a social animal we need to communicate and shares the thoughts and emotions that you have cultivated in your mind i.e. Try to arrange video or audio conferencing on business prospective for future, Make a call to your old friends, write a blog or thoughts etc.
𝟗. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨
When situation becomes difficult, you have only two options. These two options are ‘Reply’ or ‘Let go’ . So you will need to opt a better option. The ‘Let go’ option works well in most difficulties, i.e This pandemic situation will not stay forever.
𝟏𝟎. 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭
Once you evaluate the negativity of your mind and sort out solution on negative feelings, thoughts and emotions. You drain it either through spoken or written words. Write down it on plain paper with help of pen or pencil
𝟏𝟑. 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬
Once you stuck in clutches of negativity you go for walk or for exercise too. The walking or exercises release the Endorphin hormones. This endorphin interact or assimilate with brain nerves and trigger out positive feeling i.e In house walking and Exercises.
𝟏𝟒. 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬
Try to spend some time with children’s or elder people too. Whenever you will spend time with them you will move into their age for a while and forget the current situation.
𝟏𝟓. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Changes are always inevitable and need to welcome by you to reduce the pressure that is exerted on you. Try conscious and counted efforts to bring changes in your routine working and in attitude. Some innovative idea gives you courage to fight against negativity.
𝟏𝟔. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭
The changes and innovation not only in your mind or in brain it must be in your attitude and behavior. Once you bring the changes in your attitude automatically it will reflect on your body language and face. It will also change your body language.
