Human life and Behavior
Human life and Behavior
Human life and its behavior is a profound subject. Because of human life and their behavior, he sometimes struggles with himself, sometimes with his friends and family, sometimes with society, sometimes with nature, and sometimes with his own people. This struggle has been going on since time immemorial. Conflict and development are closely linked. As conflict escalates, development stalls. Human life is a collection of infinite events and things. These events and things affect human life and its behavior. Only when these events and things are properly combined and adjusted, human life gains meaning.
But while combining and adjusting with events and things, a conflict arises between the human mind and the human brain. Due to the arbitrariness of the human mind and the inexhaustible depth of the human brain, every human nature acquires uniqueness and diversity. Thoughts that arise from the human mind and the response that it receives from the brain are a combination of our decision and the action that follows the decisions that’s created by the brain.
Why do I say that? Why does he act like that? It is rooted in the aggregate and combination of mind, brain, thoughts and actions. Therefore, it is obvious that the action of each person is different from that of the other person. A person’s behavior and temperament are controlled by many factors, such as his genetic makeup, his knowledge, his abilities, his skills, his culture, his values, the events that have taken place, the experiences he had. The combination of all these factors creates human behavior and nature.
Although it is not in our power to control such behavior completely, we can try to control it to some extent through our actions. Many times we have a prejudice that the person in front of us is behaving wrongly. Accordingly, we are forming our own opinion about him. Although it is almost impossible to fully understand a real personality of any human being. It is obviously not appropriate to form your own opinion about a person superficially. Many times if we are tainted with prejudice, then we are free to form our opinion according to our mind. Because once you form an opinion, your ability to understand the other person weakens. This can lead to many obstacles in your personal and interpersonal relationship. In this way you start to form your own opinion or maybe you get used to it. So you start moving away from people and gradually people move away from you.
The simple reason behind this is the eastern prejudice and the curiosity to show that I am superior. This automatically leads to behavioral changes and consciously imposing expectations and straining relationships if they are not met. This is sometimes done unknowingly and sometimes consciously. We need to know the people around us. Their behavior needs to be treated briefly. Like them, you need to make some changes in your behavior, without completely controlling their behavior. So not only do we progress but he also tries to change his behavior.
In this connection, every human being must make special efforts to control their physical, emotional and mental needs and expectations. Once control is established, a person begins to behave like a human being and accordingly changes in his behavior can take place. For that, everyone should make special efforts to make their thinking process healthy and positive. Once the thought process is controlled it has an effect on our behavior and attitudes. Behaving well appropriately leads to a gradual reduction in our hatred of others and a strengthening of strained relationships. But for this, everyone has to think and try very creatively. We all have to make a conscious effort to keep this personal and interpersonal relationship strong, which has seen many ups and downs, joys and sorrows over time.
